So I wanted to start a discussion on Grixis. Since the release of good ol Nicol Bolas The Ravager I have seen many a decklist. Tons of decent finishes with one variation or another. Topic of discussion: What deck do you think is the best version and why? Grixis aggro Grixis mid-range Grixis Energy Or Grixis Control Don't get me wrong they Are all decently strong decks in their own right and play mostly the same cards in different numbers. Hey guys, I pulled a Nicol Bolas in the Sealed PTQ at GP Birmingham and decided it was time to build Grixis in standard. Have a look at my list here and let me know what you think! Planeswalkers: 2x Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh 1x Liliana, Death's Majesty Artifacts: 4x God-Pharaoh's Gift 2x Oracles Vault Creatures: 4x Granitic Titan 4x Desert Ceradon 4x Hollow One Instant/Sorcery: 2x Magma Spray 4x Censor 2x Disallow 3x Abrade 2x Hour of Devastation 2x Sweltering Suns Land: 4x Spirebluff Canal 4x Canyon Slough 4x Aether Hub 2x Fetid Pools 4x Island 4x Mountain 2x Swamp Sideboard: 2x Glorybringer 3x Glimmer of Genius 3x Negate 2x Archfiend of Ifnir 2x Torrential Gearhulk 2x Curator of Mysteries 1x Saheeli Rai The idea is to cycle all of my creatures and play hollow ones real cheap or reanimate them with Liliana/God-Pharaoh's Gift. Keeping the board in check with my sweepers and stealing the opponents spells with Bolas to close out the game! Oracles Vault is an inclusion I made predominately to try it out for myself, if it doesn't do much for me I'll likely switch it out for Glorybringer and add two Torment of Hailfire as an alternate post-board finisher.
